Our restaurant size Idaho Potatoes are huge and Mr. Stan, our senior produce buyer, says that these are bigger than ones that you will find in most steak houses today. On the opposite side of the spectrum, we always have a good supply of those tiny Red, White and Yukon Gold Potatoes, about the size of marbles and packed in quart containers - always fresh and always easy to fix.

Mr. Stan believes that local is best whenever possible. Magruder's is very proud of its relationships with its local growers. Lots of big stores can't take advantage of local produce in the same way that our small group of neighborhood stores can. In the summer, farmers in upper Montgomery County and the Eastern Shore bring us home grown Tomatoes, Berries, Green Beans, Lima Beans and Watermelons. You get the true flavor from the field to your dining table in a matter of hours and days, not weeks. Our produce is as fresh and flavorful as any farmer's market.

We conveniently offer a selection of flower bouquets to make your table setting memorable. Our attractive flowers are delivered fresh daily. Special flower arrangements can also be ordered. For your selection we have seasonal flowers, potted plants - including lilies, poinsettias, tulips & long stem roses, hanging baskets and bedding plants.
